All purchases made on PTE Lane (passes, subscriptions, and one-time purchases) are final and non-refundable once access to paid features has been granted, except as required by applicable law.

Refunds may be considered, at our sole discretion, only in the following cases:

• Duplicate or accidental payment for the same pass within 24 hours of purchase, where the paid features have not been used.
• A verified technical failure on our end that completely prevented access to purchased features for the duration of the pass, with no resolution provided within a reasonable time.

To request a refund, contact us at help@ptelane.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days via our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy / Razorpay).

No refunds will be issued for change of mind, exam date changes, exam results, or failure to use the purchased pass within its validity period.

Commission Partners: Commission earnings are not cash deposits — they accumulate as pending balances in the partner dashboard and are disbursed only upon a valid payout request submitted to help@ptelane.com. PTElane reserves the right to withhold or reverse commission where the underlying student purchase is subsequently refunded, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent. There is no minimum payout threshold. Payouts are processed within 7 business days of a valid request via bank transfer or UPI.

Subscription Institutes: Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun and portal access has been granted. If an institute does not wish to continue, they may cancel before the next billing date to avoid further charges. No partial-month refunds are issued. In the event of a verified billing error (duplicate charge, wrong amount), contact help@ptelane.com within 7 days for a correction.

PTElane reserves the right to suspend or terminate a partner account for misuse, fraudulent referrals, or violation of our Terms & Conditions. In such cases, pending commission balances may be forfeited.
