Welcome to PTE Lane. By accessing or using our website at ptelane.com and the services provided through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About the Service

  • •PTE Lane is an online exam-preparation platform offering AI-scored practice questions, mock tests, study templates, study material, and live strategy sessions for PTE Academic and IELTS aspirants.
  • •We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Pearson PLC, the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English. "PTE" and "IELTS" are trademarks of their respective owners used solely for descriptive reference.
  • •AI-generated scores and feedback are practice estimates only and do not guarantee any specific outcome on official examinations.

2. Eligibility & Account

  • •You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
  • •You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • •You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
  • •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

  • •You may use PTE Lane solely for personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes.
  • •You must not: share account access with others; scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content; use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access or use the platform; attempt to circumvent any usage limits, paywalls, or security measures.
  • •Uploading or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights is prohibited.
  • •Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

4. Paid Plans & Payments

  • •PTE Lane offers one-time, fixed-duration access passes (e.g. 10 Days, 1 Month). These are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew.
  • •Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or Lemon Squeezy (international). By completing a purchase you agree to their respective terms of service.
  • •All prices are shown in INR (for Indian users) or USD (for international users) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
  • •For refund eligibility and conditions, please refer to our Refund Policy at ptelane.com/legal.

5. Intellectual Property

  • •All content on PTE Lane — including questions, scoring algorithms, templates, branding, and design — is the intellectual property of PTE Lane or its licensors.
  • •You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content solely for your personal exam preparation during the period of your active pass.
  • •You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

6. Live Strategy Sessions

  • •Paid plans include a complimentary live strategy session (duration varies by plan). Sessions are conducted via WhatsApp or a mutually agreed platform.
  • •Sessions must be booked and used within the validity period of the pass. Unused sessions do not carry over and are not refundable.
  • •We reserve the right to reschedule a session with reasonable advance notice if a scheduling conflict arises on our end.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • •The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • •We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated scores will accurately reflect official exam results.
  • •Use of this platform does not guarantee exam success, admission, visa approval, or any specific score on the official PTE Academic or IELTS examination.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • •To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PTE Lane and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the platform.
  • •Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Institute Partner Program

  • •PTElane offers two institute partnership models: (a) Commission Partner — a referral-based model where the institute earns 20% commission on every plan purchased by a student who signs up through the institute's referral link; and (b) Subscription Institute — a monthly subscription that unlocks a full institute management portal (student enrollment, batches, attendance, fee collection, analytics).
  • •Commission Partners: There is no upfront fee. Commission is calculated at the applicable rate (currently 20%) on the net plan amount received by PTElane, excluding payment gateway fees and applicable taxes. Commission earnings are credited as "pending" in the partner dashboard and are disbursed on request via bank transfer or UPI within 7 business days of a valid payout request submitted to help@ptelane.com.
  • •PTElane reserves the right to withhold or reverse commission for purchases that are subsequently refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent.
  • •Subscription Institutes: Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy (ptelane.com/legal). Failure to pay the monthly subscription within the grace period may result in suspension of the institute portal and loss of student access.
  • •All institute partners must ensure that students enrolled through their portal or referral link agree to PTElane's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before using the platform.
  • •PTElane reserves the right to suspend or terminate a partner account for misuse, fraudulent referrals, or violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • •These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
  • •We encourage you to contact us first at help@ptelane.com — most issues can be resolved quickly without formal proceedings.

11. Privacy

  • •Your use of PTE Lane is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at ptelane.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to These Terms

  • •We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • •For material changes we will also provide in-app notice or an email to your registered address.
